South Carolina Highway 200 is a principal state route running from the North Carolina border in Lancaster County, SC near Lancaster, SC south to Great Falls, SC in Chester County, SC. The road then turns west into Fairfield County, SC and ends in Winnsboro, SC at U.S. Route 21. The road carries over its state route number from North Carolina where it originates as North Carolina Highway 200 in Cabarrus County.
